The Fredericton Arts Alliance's traditional political forum on arts issues drew about 150 people to the CSAC auditorium to hear the four candidates for the Fredericton riding explain their stance on questions of arts and culture.

At left are, from the left, John Carty of the NDP, Phil Duchastel of the Green party, Pat Lynch of the Conservatives and Andy Scott of the Liberals.

Musician Stephen Peacock used handbells to warn the candidates their time was running out.
An attentive audience filled the auditorium and showed that Fredericton voters are keenly interested in policies affecting the arts and artists.
